電鍍金剛石涂附砂輪的分類

按(an)加工方法可分為電(dian)鍍(du)超硬材料涂(tu)附(fu)砂(sha)輪和(he)黏膠超硬材料涂(tu)附(fu)砂(sha)輪。具體有電(dian)鍍(du)型、樹脂涂(tu)布(bu)型、樹脂點膠型和(he)柔(rou)性(xing)磨(mo)輪。

1.電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)型:電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)型金(jin)剛石(shi)砂(sha)帶(dai)及相關產(chan)品是(shi)目(mu)前國內外廠家較(jiao)普遍生(sheng)產(chan)的產(chan)品,尤其是(shi)粗(cu)粒度金(jin)剛石(shi)砂(sha)帶(dai)多(duo)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)法制(zhi)造。電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)型金(jin)剛石(shi)砂(sha)帶(dai)生(sheng)產(chan)設備簡單、黏結強度、黏結劑耐磨性及耐溫性都比(bi)樹脂高,但電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)型砂(sha)帶(dai)基材強度、接(jie)頭強度等(deng)問題還(huan)有待解決。

3.樹脂點(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)型:樹脂點(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)型金剛石砂輪是金剛石涂附砂輪的主導產品。點(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)型比涂布型砂帶固化后(hou)柔(rou)軟性(xing)好(hao)、磨(mo)粒(li)分布均勻(yun),節省貴重材料。另(ling)外,點(dian)膠(jiao)(jiao)磨(mo)粒(li)之(zhi)間有分布均勻(yun)的間隙(xi),有利于散熱、排(pai)屑,磨(mo)削性(xing)能(neng)好(hao)。
